Medicine means that which heals the physical,
and meditation means that which heals the spiritual.
Both are healing powers.

- When you get used to including sensations, thoughts, and feelings in your meditation, you can open your awareness wider and welcome whatever arises - without judgment or resistance. Imagine that your mind is like the sky and your experiences are floating through the sky like clouds.
- Whenever you see a judgment is coming, immediately exhale - as if you are throwing the judgment out with the exhalation.
