The following dogs are in danger of being euthanized at the Merced shelter due to the amount of time they have been there and the shelter is very crowded. If you can help anyone, please let me know asap at this e-mail address or by phone at (209) 606-3045.
We will be happy to transport them and all will be fully vaccinated when they go to rescue, including rabies vaccination.
There are some extremely nice dogs on this list, please save them....

Susan Hayward - Am Staff female. 4 yrs., 50 lbs. SPECIAL NEEDS as she has a cloudy spot in one of her eyes...possibly from an old injury? Susan is a real sweetheart who loves to give kisses.

Gina Davis - Am Staff female. 4 yrs., 55 lbs. I think her teeth look younger than 4 yrs. in the pics. Gina is a very nice girl and loves people, but does not always get along well with all of the dogs she has been introduced to by staff. A very pretty girl.

Lou Cotton - Shepherd mix male. 1 yr., 45 lbs. Lou has a docked tail and is a very pretty dog. He is a bit on the shy side but warms up quickly. Is very friendly and loves attention.

Lenny Flag - Shepherd mix male. 1 yr., 35 lbs. What a great dog! Lenny is a real sweetheart with a fun and playful personality.

Tyra Banks. Am Staff female. 5 mos., 20 lbs. Tyra is friendly and sweet and loves to have her tummy rubbed. Hopefully someone will look and that sweet face and save this nice girl.

Michelle Branch - Shepherd mix female. 1 yr., 25 lbs. Michelle is a bit overwhelmed at the shelter, but wams up quite nicely in a couple of minutes. She is friendly and loves to have someone pay attention to her and pet her.
